These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of venkata.info and the Architect Zero learning platform (collectively, the "Service"), operated by Venkata Sundaragiri ("we", "us"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you must have permission from a parent or guardian.

2. Your account

• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
• You may not impersonate another person, use a false identity, or share your account with others.
• You may delete your account at any time; we may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Scrape, mirror, or republish lesson content without written permission.
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source from the platform beyond what is publicly visible.
• Submit spam, malware, or abusive content via any user-generated input (comments, display names, newsletter forms, support emails).
• Use the Service to harass, threaten, or harm others.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or to the underlying infrastructure.

4. Content and intellectual property

All lesson content, quiz questions, flashcards, videos, code samples, and original materials on the Service are © Venkata Sundaragiri, unless otherwise attributed. You may:

• Use the materials personally to study for the Claude Certified Architect exam or related certifications.
• Share short excerpts with attribution and a link back to the source page.

You may not redistribute the lessons or course materials in bulk, sell them, or use them to train commercial models without written permission.

References to Anthropic's Claude Certified Architect (CCA) exam are made for educational purposes. Anthropic and Claude are trademarks of Anthropic, PBC, and this Service is not affiliated with or endorsed by Anthropic.

5. User-generated content

If you post comments, display names, or other user-generated content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display that content on the Service. You retain ownership. You are responsible for what you post. We may remove content that violates these Terms or applicable law.

6. Free service, no warranty

The Service is provided free of charge, "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, accurate, or fit for any particular purpose.

Architect Zero is a study aid. It is not a guarantee that you will pass the CCA exam or any other certification. Exam outcomes depend on your own preparation and Anthropic's evaluation.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our aggregate liability for any direct damages is limited to USD 100.

8. Changes to the Service

We may add, remove, or modify features of the Service at any time. We will make reasonable effort to communicate material changes to active users.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New Jersey, USA.
